We held several meetings last year that gave us valuable insight into how organisations are measuring and modelling real estate cash flows. Using that insight we’ve created an agenda that moves the discussion on to some practical solutions to the problems raised.
We will focus this meeting on modelling income security. We will put forward practical methods for modelling rental growth, rollover rates and tenant default etc. and measuring the uncertainty.
The RES Roundtables gather individuals responsible for modelling real estate assets and portfolios. The purpose is to discuss any deficiencies in data or analytical techniques and to specify the solutions required (hence the interest of RES).
We would like the discussion to reflect the industry, so to ensure the conversation is balanced we ask participants to contribute their ideas, experience and insights. Notes of the discussion will be distributed after the event.
