2023 IPF Consensus forecast

The 2023 consensus forecasts from the Investment Property Forum are almost a rerun of the expectations for 2022 at -2.4%. Central London offices expected to fare worst with big box retail marginally better but still negative. The RES Model is a touch more optimistic at 0.4%.
