Definition of turnover:

The IPF Report on Turnover-based leases concluded that the more standard the definition of turnover in lease contracts the easier the adoption of turnover-based leases will be, however ….

(a)   Can the industry standardise the definition of turnover: treatment of click-and-collect, returns, halo effect etc.?
(b)   Should lease terms be standardised across the industry?
